Neves is a photographer and video artist who graduated in chemistry in 1980. Since 1989, he has been researching different techniques for manipulating negatives and copies. Over the last years he has been exploring the world of electronics, including complex components such as sequencing and movement. Neves\u2019s work has been widely exhibited at shows in Brazil and in other countries.He has displayed his work at the Imaginary Line Video Workshop in Lagos, Nigeria, directed the documentary Caxamorra with Lilian A. Oliveira, and wrote and directed the experimental video Dead Horse for the Edital Film Festival in Minas, Brazil.<\/p>\n
